Medical Diet – 5 kg for 5 days

This diet allows losing 2-5 pounds in 5 days or 10-15 pounds in 15 days. The advantage is that you do not have a sense of weakness and exhaustion because it provides enough vitamins and minerals. Take a 15-day break if you want to repeat.

Schedule of the meals:

First Day

Breakfast

1 orange
4 biscuits
1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar)

Lunch

1 orange
1 egg
1/2 cup yogurt

Dinner

2 tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
1 cucumber or 1/2 green salad

Second Day
